Our club believes in supporting our coaches in their development, growth, and education. In order to do that we host coaching eduation courses, aide coaches in the licence pathway, and meet throughout the year to get more insight on how to better develop our players. Each of our coaches have the clubs Players First mentality, and they follow the mentality at 100%.

D License: 9 Week course, blended learning enviroment, with 4 in person days and approximately 55 educational hours.

C License: 4 month ( 16 weeks) course, blended learning enviroment, with 2 in person weekends and approximately 85 educational hours.

B License: 6 month course, blended learning enviroment, with 8 in person  days and approximately 120 educational hours.

Develop ourselves to better develop our players.

Aside from the license requirements our coaches are also required to do continuing education. Our coaches have done their continuing education locally and abroad. We believe this is what will allow us to continue to push our players and teams to higher levels as this beautiful game is constantly evolving.
